Attorney Dominic A. Frank earned both his Cum Laude Degree in Political Science and his Juris Doctor from Duquesne University. Prior to graduating from college, Attorney Frank served as a law enforcement officer for Saint Clair Township.  During his time on the Saint Clair police force he received a commendation for bravery and  worked closely with the local schools and parents to establish a Block Parent Program designed to safeguard the community’s children.

After graduating from law school, Attorney Frank worked as an assistant prosecuting attorney and as Special Counsel for the Ohio Attorney General and maintained a private practice in East Liverpool, Ohio.  His practice focuses on domestic relations, probate, personal injury and criminal law.  A significant portion of his practice is devoted to representing individuals charged with misdemeanor and felony offenses.  He has extensive trial court and appellate court experience in criminal defense.

Attorney Frank is a member of the Ohio Bar Association as well as the Columbiana County Bar Association.  He has served as a member of the Saint Clair Township Blue Ribbon Committee and on the Advisory Board of Kent State University.  He has also served as Chairman for the United Way.  Attorney Frank served as a hearing officer for the Village of Lisbon and as solicitor for the Village of Salineville.  In 2005 he was named the People’s Choice Best Attorney in Columbiana County.            

Attorney Frank has been a member of the adjunct faculties of Kent State University and Ohio Valley Business College where he taught courses in criminal defense and civil litigation.       

Attorney Frank, a graduate of East Liverpool High School, earned five varsity letters in football and track. He also lettered in those sports while attending Bethany College.

Attorney Frank has four sons. He resides in East Liverpool, Ohio with his youngest son.  His oldest son is an officer and a member of the special forces of the United States Navy, his second eldest is a movie producer in Los Angeles, California, and his third eldest son attends Kent State University.
